SplitButtonAdv command returns false on always when triggering it using command parameter Completed

1. Start the application

2.Now click the first button

3.Note the MS button turns enabled , but splitbuttonadv remains disabled always.

Expected result: SplitButtonAdv should respond properly for timer parameter as like MS Button.
