Support for converting HTML to MHTML using WebKit in .NET Core

Need to provide support for converting HTML to MHTML using WebKit in .Net core platform.


The support for this feature is already available in base platforms like Windows forms, Asp.Net MVC and Webforms. Need to port the same feature in .Net core platform.
