Fontsize does not reflect properly for TabControl in Material and office2019 themes

Customer have reported the issue that Font of TabItem has been clipped out on setting the FontSize as 20. We too able to reproduce this issue and this case does not occurred in latest themes, so could you please check and confirm us to log the bug
