Support 'Widescreen' slide size in presentations

The 'Widescreen' slide size (see screenshot) doesn't appear to be supported by the presentation library: the Syncfusion.Presentation.SlideSizeType enum lacks a value corresponding to this size and presentations with this slide size are parsed as having the SlideSizeType 'OnScreen', which has very different measurements and aspect ratio. This causes problems when merging presentations or generating new presentations on the basis of existing files.

The attached (zipped) presentation is an example of the problem.
