An exception is thrown while converting Excel file to PDF with conditional format

The cell B30 of the input document contains a conditional format with its format type as a specific text and operator as not contains the text. While checking the not contains text in a cell.Text.contains() method, the cell.Text returns null and throws the exception, This need to be fixed in XlsIO.
