Currently, the RichText Editor doesn't have any methods to save the cursor selection and insert content dynamically in this cursor position. It requires a JsInterop call to save the selection and restoring it.

Provide support for this scenario as public methods in RTE.

Suggestions:

SaveSelection()
RestoreSelection()
