Need to improve the pointer path when rounded corner radius is increased

When the rounded corner radius is increased to the maximum, the range bar pointer path is not proper. When the animation is enabled in this scenario, the range bar pointer path is not proper. We need to reconstruct the path of the range bar pointer to ensure the proper rendering.
