Support to add/remove/edit the comments from code behind

Add/ImportComment/s for a specific annotation (similar to the concept of the new feature you supported "AddAnnotation")
· RemoveComment - remove a specific comment in a specific annotation by the comment key/id for example
· EditComment - similar to what you recently supported "EditAnnotation" - for example, I would like to edit comment message or permissions (when permissions of an individual comment are supported - a planned feature)
