Provide support for hourly basis recurrence rule in Angular Scheduler

Currently, the Scheduler supports the recurrence rule in a Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. We couldn't customize the recurrence rule on an hourly basis. Provide support for this requirement "User can create recurrence appointments in regular hour interval"

For example, users can create an event that repeats every 30 hours.
