Insert FormField to document header save document then open - multiple errors in browser console window

Steps to reproduce:

1. open any Word document in React DocumentEditor
2. double click on the header and insert a Formfield from the top bar control

3. Set the name of the Formfield, and save the document
4. Open the document in the editor again

Seeing this in the console of the browser, and the documentEditor is no longer workable
