TextTransform for SfComboBox

SfComboBox has property like Keyboard, for when IsEditableMode="True". Would also like to enable capital letters only, which is what TextTransform property on Entry does.

It should be easy to expose this from underlying Entry, in the same way as Keyboard property is.
