Nested window in DockingManager does not activate when focus is lost and set in same

Nested window in DockingManager does not activate when focus is lost and set in same.

Sample : WPF Samplebrowser , DockingManager--> Nested Docking


Procedure:

1. Run the sample.
2. Click the Document window.
3. Now click inside the Hierarchy window on left side which is nested inside WPF Dashboard window. Note that both windows are selected/activated.
4. Now repeat procedure 2 and 3 again.
5. Note that only WPF Dashboard window is activated.

Expected Result:
Nested window should activate properly.
