CheckBox Filter Searching is not working properly with Initial Filtering

With initial filter is applied to one column, trying to perform search operation in checkbox filter is not working properly.  


We created a grid with initial filter on one column with predicate = and.
            <GridFilterSettings Type="Syncfusion.Blazor.Grids.FilterType.CheckBox">
                <GridFilterColumns>
                    <GridFilterColumn Field="@nameof(GamingRoomParameter.NameSpace)" MatchCase=false Operator="Operator.Equal" Predicate="and" Value="@DefaultFilter1"></GridFilterColumn>
                </GridFilterColumns>
            </GridFilterSettings>

The OData query is correct on the init. But when the user select another filter, value is returned wrongly
