ListBox drop support to other components

I would like the user to grab a listbox item (e.g. then name of a specific chart), then be able to drag and drop that chart onto a dashboard and drop it. Upon drop, the dashboard will add a new panel if hovering over the background and we can use a drop event to added the chart component. 

If the user hovers over an existing dashboard panel, the chart will be dropped inside the existing panel. So we will need an arg passed to the OnDropped event to know which panel, if any, is under the mouse.


BTW, this same feature would be awesome when dragging from the listbox to a diagram too!
