Auto Scroll support for connector end point dragging and node resizing

Currently, if we set autoScroll as true and drag the node or connector at end of the viewport means the diagram gets autoscrolled. But if we try to draw a new node using drawingtool at end of the page or move the connector endpoint at end of the diagram means the diagram does not get auto scrolled, we want to provide support for that.
