In DateRangePicker rangeMode, args.endDate should not be allowed to be a date before args.startDate

Currently on the "range mode" in the DateRangePicker, "args.endDate" can be a date before "args.startDate". While I can fix this with some custom code my end while setting state, the widget should already account fro this
