NullReferenceException in VS designer for SfScheduler

Hello,

In Visual Studio desinger when we set scheduler:

<syncfusion:SfScheduler x:Name="Schedule" ViewType="Timeline" TimelineViewSettings="{Binding Test}">

designer throws NullReferenceException
