Page numbers are rendered in the wrong format when header/footer text contains page number and plus sign

The input document's footer contains text as (&[page]+27 of 31). When we try to convert Excel to PDF using ExcelToPDFConverter, it renders the text like (1+27 of 31). But Microsoft Excel adds page number to 27 and displays the resultant number (28 of 31). This case has to be handled in XlsIO.
