Android keyboard is missing a negative button

Hello,

I'm working with a SFNumericTextBox and the keyboard on android doesn't have a negative button.  The decimal button has a negative on it (see attached image).

VS2019,
xamarin forms: 4.6.0.800
SF: 18.1.0.57
Running on an android physical device: Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-T510

This works fine on iOS and UWP
