TextBox is cleared from the second time, when ShowclearButton property is enabled

In TextBox if showclearButton property is enabled, text box is only cleared from the second time the clear button is clicked or after it loses focus.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the attached sample.

2. Type any value in textbox.

3. Try to clear using clear icon (without focus out)

4. The value not get cleared, also some filtering occurs.

5. Click outside of the component.

6. Again focus in and clear the value, it is working as expected.
