I`m adding two appointments to SfScheduler with ViewType="Timeline" and DaysCount="7" for example:

Appointment 1: Title 1, StartDate 08.09.2020 07:00 PM, EndDate

08.09.2020 09:00 PM

Appointment 2: Title 2, StartDate

08.09.2020 07:00 PM,
EndDate
 08.09.2020 09:00 PM

Then I can resize both of them either appointment 1 or 2 and set EndDate lower or higher for both of them  the sorting order of appointment won`t change.

Unless I set the EndDate for appointment 2 to 09.09.2020 01:00 AM. Then suddenly order of appointments change and the appointment 2 is higher than appointment 1. That`s always happening on changing the day for appointment that is lower. But only when appointment higher (appointment 1 in this case) is not changing the day. If higher appointment also changes the day the sort order stays as it should.
