NumericTextBox value not updated in input when dynamically update the value

When setting the binding value of a numerictextbox. The value is successfully bound but is not shown inside the control. Regardless of statehaschanged being called.

1. Run the attached sample.

2. On initial loading value is set as 12.

3. Change the dropdown value.

4. Numeric textbox value should be same as dropdown selected value.
