To provide dynamic data source support

Currently the server side engine only supports to bind defined type of data sources. So, need to provide a data source support which is updated dynamically. 

Along with the above, consider following issues and improvements,
- Restrict to 
display the value field in pivot table when its count is one.
- Store the field members during member editor open, once it is fetched from server. Reuse it without calling the server again when it is required. 
- Filter dialog couldn't be opened in field list when grouping option is disabled. (issue)
