Access to annotation list and add annotations programmatically

We need to access the annotation list of a rendering document and be able to add/edit various types of annotations programmatically, currently we can only add stamp and signature type annotations.

We would need to be able to at least add ink annotations, text highlighting annotations and free text annotations
