Provide support to get proper NotifyCollectionChangedAction in CollectionChanged event of SelectedItems

Provide support to get proper NotifyCollectionChangedAction in the CollectionChanged event bounded to the SelectedItems property.


In current implementation, Action argument value is incorrect when removing an item from selection.


For both adding and removing selection, the action is Add. (While removing selection, it should be Remove)
