Need to have the font size change dynamically in Material and Office 2019 themes for WPF

Would like to dynamically change the font size for the Material and Office 2019 themes for WPF. Currently the font sizes are locked to a specific size and we would like to be able to increase or decrease the font sizes based on a user input.
