Unable to edit the text in desired position in editable chip

Unable to edit the text using mouse pointer, when the selected chip is editable input. The customer requirement is to edit the selected chip in desired position.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the attached sample

2. Click on the chip.

3. Try to focus on the desired position.

4. Actual output: Not able to edit the text in desired position, it always positioning at end of the input.

5. Expected output: Need to focus in any desired position.
