Example for using AntiForgeryToken with DataGrid for remove

In your documentation for performing CRUD operations with a custom UrlAdaptor to include the anti-forgery token, insert and update operations are covered, but not remove.  Can you please update your documentation to include remove, and provide me with example code in the meantime.
