Formula value is not proper while resaving the Excel document with License

In the licensed version, the boolean value of the 

cell modified 
is false. So, the serialization of the CalculateOnOpen (ca = "1") is not serialized. This is because while importing a data table the cell modified value is not updated. This has to be fixed.
