Value comes with separator even if we configure Format property on initial loading

On initial loading, value comes with separator if we configure Format property. 

If we change any value(say 67890) and then again reset back to original value (12345), value set without separator.

Replication Procedure   :

1. Run the attached sample.

2. On initial loading value is set as “12.345” instead of “12345”
