Odd behavior on Timeline after resizing appointment

I have SfScheduler set to timeline with 

DaysCount=7, 
TimeIntervalHeight="-1" and TimeSpan set to 1 hour.

I`m adding appointment with default settings let`s say from 5 to 6 am. Then when I try to resize it to 7 am suddenly appointment jumps to 11 am. The behavior is random. But always it changes to different hour than desired.
