Provide the support to passing the data from server to client without Json-serialized

Need to provide the support to pass the data object from server to client with JSON-serialized. Currently, we have used the JsonConvert to pass the data object like the below in the startup.cs file.

JsonConvert.DefaultSettings = () => new JsonSerializerSettings {

        ReferenceLoopHandling = ReferenceLoopHandling.Ignore,

        PreserveReferencesHandling = PreserveReferencesHandling.Objects

      };

We need to avoid this conversion to pass the data.
