When updating UTC time as start date and end date, values cannot be chosen

When updating UTC time as start date and end date, values cannot be chosen.

Replication Procedure:


1. Change the timezone to UTC+2.00

2. Run the sample.

3. Open the popup and navigate to March month.

4. Select day 1 and also select day 31.


Expected: Day 31 has to be selected

Outcomes: Day 31 is disabled
