Turn around time of support and type of bugs that make it into production

Hi

I understand that I have a community licence and that I have not paid a cent to Syncfusion yet. I would also understand that paying customers get priority. However, if we as fledgling business's are to thrive and move forward, we do also need reasonable turn around times. We too have customers to answer to. 

Some of the bugs that make it into your release version are concerning. We all know bugs are part and parcel of the development ecosystem. But I have found many that could be prevented with correct testing. Currently, you have a bug in your Blazor CRUD scaffolding that simply does not generate the DELETE code? This is a glaring oversight and I am wondering how it made it through to a release version?

I am a subscriber to Devexpress as well and I have to say, the quality control is very impressive.
