Value is not updated if we focus out the control when key up event is bound

If we bind native keyup event to control, then value is not updated if we focus out the control.

Replication procedure:


1. Open the attached sample

2. Move to FetchData page

3. Type any value in the control and focus out


Expected: Typed Value shoud be maintained .

Outcomes:Typed value changed to previous value.
