Input "10/8/1960 10:18 AM" saves as "10/08/1960 11:18 AM"

When using 
SfDateTimePicker in a SfGrid where 
GridEditSettings Mode="EditMode.Dialog", when I input 

"10/8/1960 10:18 AM" and save, it changes the time to an hour later "10/08/1960 11:18 AM"

The time seems to save correctly on most other days, not this day.  It is certainly an improvement over version 18.1.0.59 though still wonder why it still changes the time from what is entered.
