Chart zoom event show previous value

Showing value in the OnZooming event, show the previous zoom, not the current one:

var axis = e.AxisCollection.Where(a => a.AxisName == "primaryXAxis").FirstOrDefault);

Console.WriteLine($"zoom range {axis.AxisRange.Min} {axis.AxisRange.Max} {axis.ZoomFactor} {axis.ZoomPosition}");

ZoomFactor and 
ZoomPosition has always the same value.

The 
OnZooming event is not trigger by the toolbar when I clic on + or - icon, (pan and reset trigger the event.)
