Display item counts for collapsed columns when the Kanban board loads

When a Kanban board loads the number of items in a column does not display if the column is collapsed:

Empty


If you expand and then collapse the same column the number of items in the column appears:


Empty


It would be great if the item counts for the column were shown without needing to expand and then collapse the column.
