[UWP]The "Next Page Button" and "Previous Page Button" disappear

When the initial display is "Page By Page" in Single Page View of PdfViewer, "Next Page Button" and "Previous Page Button" are displayed.

Switch the display mode to "Continuous Page".

After that, change the display mode back to "Page By Page".

The "Next Page Button" and "Previous Page Button" disappear.

This phenomenon also occurs in Syncfusion Components for Xamarin.Forms.
