Return the FileStream with argument of the OnImageUploading event in the Rich Text Editor

Currently, the editor doesn't support to return the image file as File Stream. But it return all the file details.

  • File Name
  • File Size
  • File Type

Additionally, provide support to get stream of file it in the OnImageUploading event of the editor.
