To provide advanced filtering option for filter axis fields

Currently the pivot table has following filtering options,

- Member filtering

- Label filtering

- Value filtering


Here, all the above filtering options can be performed in the fields available in row and column axis. But the member filtering alone can be performance in fields available in filter axis. 


So, need to provide all the filtering options for filter axis fields aswell.
