GridForeignColumn System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'source') when can be NULL

In response to Syncfusion Bug Report [15841] for Don Toomey (148939), I am still getting a System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'source') when using 

GridForeignColumn where it s

hould be able to be NULL.

Once again, PersonModel.AddressId is NULL which should be all right.  It works fine in v18.1.0.59
