CSS formatting with Rich Text Editor elements

Need to provide support for customizing the element inline styles with custom classes. So that customers can use the styles of his own. Refer to the below code blocks for example.

Default style:

<h1 style="text-align: center;"><strong>testing</strong></h1>

Expected style:
<h1 class="my-custom-text-center-class"><strong>testing</strong></h1>

Based on the above class customer can use his own styles.
