File Preview When File Upload Control is inside EditForm

Hi,

 It is very common to use image in edit form for stuff like logo, person photo etc. 

Currently there is no way to preview file before Submitting the EditForm,  ValueChange event is triggered only on submit button press. Or provide way to manipulate contents of the file in OnSelected event.
