PdfLoadedPage.ExtractText(out) method throws an ArgumentOutOfRangeException exception

Hi,
On using ExtractText with the out parameter, it throws an index out of range exception.

On using ExtractText without parameters, it works normally.

Test Documents

// use files from Test Documents in "file" variable
string file;
try
{
  PdfLoadedDocument document = new PdfLoadedDocument(new FileStream( file, FileMode.Open, FileAccess.Read));
  foreach (PdfLoadedPage page in document.Pages)
  {
    page.ExtractText(out _);
  }
}
catch (Exception e)
{
  Console.WriteLine($"Error in extraction\n{e}");
}
