When a RichTextEditor is placed inside a Dialog it is not correctly displaying the initial bound text.

Here's a StackBlitz which reproduces the problem:

https://stackblitz.com/edit/syncfusion-richtext-dialog-problem

To reproduce:

  1. Click the Open Dialog button
  2. Note that there is NO visible text (note that there's no visible caret either)
  3. Note the approximate height of the editor
  4. Click the "Code View" button on the toolbar
  5. Note that the there is indeed text in the component.
  6. Click the "Preview" button on the toolbar
  7. The text now appears.
  8. Note also that the editor appears visibly taller than in step 3
Anecdotally it appears that the text is indeed IN the editor (although you can't see it you can still edit the text which is evidenced by the changes being reflected in the code view) it is simply not sufficiently tall (or is hidden by the toolbar).

Note also that the RTE is working fine when in the body of a "regular" component (i.e. not in a dialog)
