Blazor WebAssembly NumericTextbox is not working in Release mode

If we provide NumericTextBox with the Tvalue as int?, the two-way binding doesn't work. Also, the value is not changed when we scroll mouse by increasing the cursor in the numerictextbox. When we provide the Tvalue as decimal?, it works as expected.
