New Blazor control: AnimationContainer

Various Syncfusion blazor controls provide animations - a separate control providing animations for an arbitrary content (declared in a template) would be fine for general usability.

e.g.

<SfAnimationContainer Animation="Fade" Duration="5s" Delay="20ms" ... >

Any content of the animation container is animated (HTML, Sncfusion controls, ...)
