Text boxes and continuous section breaks do not render properly (source *.doc file) 

When loading the attached file (doc file) in the documenteditor, the header is not displayed properly.
The continuous section break that contains the document, does not display. The component replaces it with a section break on the next page. 
The text boxes inside Header are also not displayed. 
I attach the reference file to trace the problem.
