Nuget Packages v18.2

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade from v18.1 to v18.2 but I have seen some stange behavoir using the ribbon.
Not all packages seem to be von v18.2.

Can this be an issue? (Visual Studio crashed when closing the ribbon form in designer)
